We ship Pure Vitals all across Pakistan. Here's exactly how it works.

Where We Deliver

  • All major cities: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Quetta

  • Smaller towns and rural areas: Yes, we deliver, but timelines may be slightly longer

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon.

Delivery Timeline

  • Order processing: 24 hours from the time you place your order

  • Delivery to major cities: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery to smaller cities and rural areas: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

  • Weekends and public holidays: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched on the next working day

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under Rs. 2,500: Rs. 250 flat shipping

  • Orders above Rs. 2,500: Free delivery all over Pakistan

  • Cash on Delivery: Rs. 100 COD handling fee (added at checkout)v

Cash on Delivery

COD is available in all cities we deliver to. When your order arrives:

  • The courier will call you before delivery

  • Pay the exact amount in cash

  • No card machines available with the courier

If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the order is returned to us and cancelled.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get:

  • A tracking link on WhatsApp within 24 hours

  • SMS updates from the courier

  • Email confirmation with tracking details

To track any time, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Which partner handles your order depends on your delivery city. All are reliable and offer real-time tracking.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If you gave the wrong address or your phone is unreachable:

  • The courier will contact us

  • We'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm the correct address

  • If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order is returned to us

  • Re-delivery is possible but you'll be charged Rs. 250 extra for shipping

Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Refuse the delivery and inform the courier

  • Send us a WhatsApp message within 24 hours with photos

  • We'll ship a replacement free of charge

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We'll investigate with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, you get a full refund or a free replacement, your choice

Special Delivery Instructions

Need to add a note? At checkout, use the "Order Notes" field. Common examples:

  • Leave at security gate

  • Call before arrival

  • Deliver after 5 PM

We'll do our best to pass these to the courier.
